1. General Guidelines
· The workshop aims to provide insights into sustainable development goals (SDGs) and discuss real-world sustainability challenges and solutions.
· Open to students, faculty, researchers, and industry professionals.
· All participants must register before the event through the designated platform.
· Respectful behavior, professionalism, and adherence to the schedule are expected from all attendees.
· Unauthorized recording, disruptions, or misconduct will result in removal from the event.
2. Event Structure & Rules
Day 1
9:30 – 10:30 | Inaugural Session
· Formal welcome and keynote address by distinguished speakers.
10:30 – 11:00 | Tea Break
11:00 – 13:00 | Session 1: Sustainable Environment
· 6 paper presentations on environmental sustainability topics.
· Each presenter will have 15 minutes (10 min presentation + 5 min Q&A).
13:00 – 14:00 | Lunch Break
14:00 – 15:20 | Session 2: Economic Sustainability and Sustainable Businesses
· 4 paper presentations covering business sustainability models.
· Each presenter will have 15 minutes (10 min presentation + 5 min Q&A).
15:20 – 15:50 | Tea Break
15:50 – 17:10 | Session 3: Sustainable Agriculture and Food Security
· 4 paper presentations discussing innovations in agriculture.
· Each presenter will have 15 minutes (10 min presentation + 5 min Q&A).
Day 2
10:00 – 11:20 | Session 4: Carbon Neutrality
· 4 paper presentations on carbon reduction strategies.
· Each presenter will have 15 minutes (10 min presentation + 5 min Q&A).

· 4 paper presentations on community-led sustainability efforts.
· Each presenter will have 15 minutes (10 min presentation + 5 min Q&A).

· 4 paper presentations discussing government policies on sustainability.
· Each presenter will have 15 minutes (10 min presentation + 5 min Q&A).

· Closing remarks and distribution of certificates.
3. Presentation Guidelines
· Papers must be original and relevant to the theme.
· Presentations should be clear, concise, and well-structured.
· PowerPoint slides must be submitted at least 24 hours before the session.
· Q&A sessions will be moderated; participants should ask relevant questions.
· Plagiarism or misleading data will lead to disqualification.
4. Code of Conduct
· Participants must maintain a respectful and professional attitude.
· All discussions should be constructive and focused on sustainability topics.
· Any form of discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
· The organizing committee reserves the right to make final decisions on any disputes.
