Where is Grafest being organized?
Grafest is being organized in Graphic Era Deemed to be University, Dehradun Uttarakhand on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of May 2025. Exact google map location is at end of the page.
How to participate in the Events? Do i need to pay any extra charges?
To participate in the events, one needs to buy the Fest passes. All the fest passes, standard, gold and diamond includes access to all the departmental and E-sports events. You do not need to pay anything apart from the event passes.
Will transportation and accommodation facilities be provided?
Accommodation facilities are available for students outside Uttarakhand and are available in gold and diamond passes. Transportation facilities are not included, students need to get to the universities on their own.

How do i participate in the cultural events?
For cultural events you first need to buy the event passes and then our team will contact you with further details.
